How Do I? > Include Name in Electoral Roll

If Name does not exist in the current Electoral Roll then Form No. VI alongwith Residence Proof is required to be submitted.

For Deletion of Name from the Electoral Roll, Form No. VII is required to be filled and submit.

For correction of Name Form No. VIII is required to be filled and submitted.

In case of shifting of Residence Form No,VIII (A) is required to be filled and submitted.
